Paint booth Filter Design
Painting booth filters are designed for holding of overspray from paint spraying and to protect environment and surrounding area and particles. The media is designed from monofilament glass fiber. Its unique progressive structured design having open structure on air inlet side and high density at air outlet side it ensure full in depth loading and thus result high paint fog holding capacity. The high compressive strength ensure stability and rigidity. Thus media do not sag under normal working condition.
Painting booth Filter Location
Autocoat dry back paint booth design is exceptionally superior with 3 layers of filtration namely
a. Primary metal baffle : Easy removable & easy cleanable type, Cleaning frequency once a month at 10ltrs per day consumption ( Almost 99% filtration together with secondary baffle & hence no maintenance cost)
b. Secondary metal baffle More complicated but easy removable & easy cleanable type , Cleaning frequency once a month at 10ltrs per day consumption ( Almost 99% filtration together with primary baffle & hence no maintenance cost)
.c Final Filter ( Imported Paint arrester filter - replaceable) before exhaust blower.( Once a 2 months for 30 ltrs consumption or as per use) d. Replacement cost is almost 1/10th of competitor design.
Painting booth Filter Working
Paint booth filters takes care of maximum paint waste travelling through the extraction chamber to the exhaust ducting , within the permissible limits with help of spray booth final filter in the exhaust duct. The paint booth filter gets completely clogged with paint through entire surface area. Performance of the filters are in matching with the latest pollution and osha norms. These painting booth filters are to be replaced periodically during maintenance days to get a free flowing air channel , clogged filters are to be disposed as per the municipal corporation laws.
